I really knew nothing about Reiki and thought that you had to have “special abilities” or be a super spiritual person to be able to learn Reiki. I was just doing some basic research on Reiki and came across Lisa’s weekend workshop and decided to just go for it, based on her explanation and how it seemed to would fit well with my love for daily meditation and mindfulness.
I decided I just wanted to learn more about Reiki and had no other plans for using it other than for myself and friends and family. I was also drawn to her class because you can choose to go through all levels in one weekend. That was great for me because I tend to put things off if I don’t complete them right away and if I was going to learn Reiki, I wanted to learn it all at once. Lisa does an amazing job of giving a complete history, explanation, and practical hands-on experience.
I have definitely experienced shifts in my overall feeling. I just feel naturally calm, happy and excited all the time right now. I am so happy I decided to take the weekend workshop and I am excited to see where it leads me in life.

I attended Lisa's Reiki I and II level class in Birmingham, MI with my cousin, who is also on a spiritual journey. What an incredible experience it was! The environment was very comfortable and the energy was exhilarating! The class moved at a pace that was easy to grasp all the information presented. The participants were able to practice Reiki on each other, which was a life changing experience in itself. Lisa is such a wonderful instructor. She presented the information in such a well organized manner and allowed for open discussions and questions. I will be gifting the Reiki class to my significant other for his birthday, so we can then take the master level class together. The workbook for purchase is an option, which I highly recommend. The workbook is such a wonderful resource to use for brushing up on your skillset and also for diving deeper into practicing Reiki.
