Q. How will Energi Light support my Reiki journey?

Whether you're newer to Reiki and want to build your confidence, or you're a seasoned practitioner ready to take your practice to the next level, being a part of Energi Light will strengthen your connection to Reiki and empower your journey.

• If you've taken a Reiki class recently, Energi is a great place to build your skills! To join, you just need to have taken Reiki I/II. 

• If you've been practicing Reiki for a while, you know that spiritual growth is a continuous journey. And, what better way to broaden your horizons and fuel your growth, than to surround yourself with a like-minded community where everyone is seeking to deepen their spiritual connection! Energi members often say that our community inspired them to reach their next level of growth much faster than they could on their own.

Q. I loved learning Reiki, but I haven't practiced much since I took my Reiki class. Can I still join?

I'm so happy to hear that you're feeling called to get back into Reiki.

It's not uncommon for life to get in the way of practice.

One of the reasons I started this program is to create a sacred space where you can fine-tune your skills as a Reiki practitioner. Because, when you're trying to do it on your own, it's much harder to get in the groove and consistently practice.

The good news is, with Energi Light you'll have the encouragement and support of a like-minded community -- you no longer have to practice on your own!

Q. What are the monthly sessions like?

As an Energi Light member, you'll explore ways to be more present as a Reiki practitioner, to tap more deeply into your intuition and, ultimately, to truly trust the process of Reiki. You'll work with different tools and techniques to build your skills and raise your confidence.  

Throughout the year, in our monthly Energi sessions, you'll gain tools and techniques to raise your confidence.

I'll guide you through a variety of experiences like...

• Giving & Receiving Reiki with other Energi members
• Giving a complete Table Treatment to someone in your home
• Collectively sending Reiki to loved ones with other Energi members
• Exploring your intuition with Remote Reiki
• Clearing energy blockages with the Energetic Release Process 
• Sending Reiki to the Chakras for balancing
• Facilitating the Power Words Process to deepen your clients' experience

In the last 20 to 30 minutes of each session, there will be time for questions, and I'll also guide some self-Reiki.

Q. I'm interested in Reiki for my own personal growth and to work with friends and family. How will Energi Light support me?

When you get more experience giving and receiving Reiki with others, it will accelerate your personal healing, and deepen your connection to the Reiki energy. 

By practicing Reiki in a safe environment, you’ll build your skills, connect more deeply to the Reiki symbols, and feel more confident working on family and friends.

Inside the Energi Community App, you'll also get access to a library of self-Reiki practices to deepen your personal practice of Reiki. 

Q. What if I want to start or grow a Reiki business?

Energi will help you fine-tune your skills and gain confidence in yourself as a Reiki practitioner. It’s really the first step to starting or growing a Reiki business. 

Great news! You’re also getting a group Reiki Business Mastermind session as a bonus in October.

In this two-hour session, I’ll share strategies for growing your practice and stepping out of your comfort zone so you can touch more lives with Reiki. This session will inspire you to take your next step, whether you want to see your first paid client, teach your first Reiki student, or expand your existing practice.

With Energi Light PRO, you'll get five 60-minute private sessions with Lisa (on Zoom or in Denver). You can use your sessions to ask questions and brainstorm ideas for starting or growing your Reiki business. Q. Who is Energi PRO for?

Upgrading to Energi PRO adds five 60-minute private calls with Lisa. If you're thinking of starting a Reiki business, or you already have a Reiki business you want to grow to the next level, this is for you!

OR, if you just want private mentoring to build your confidence as a Reiki practitioner.

You can use your sessions to:

• Get coaching and guidance for your personal practice, or to start or grow your Reiki business

Q. When can I join Energi Light?

Enrollment closed on April 7, 2025, for the current session. 

Energi Light opens twice a year, so your next opportunity to join will be in October 2025.

Q. When do we meet?

Energi Light meets once a month for 2 hours LIVE on Zoom, on the first or second Thursday evening of the month.

5:00pm - 7:00pm PT

6:00pm - 8:00pm MT

7:00pm - 9:00pm CT

8:00pm - 10:00pm ET

Q. What if I'm unable to attend a session LIVE?

Because this program is community-based, you will get the most value from participating in our LIVE sessions. Our Energi Light sessions are recorded, and you'll receive a link to the replay.

Of course, sometimes things come up (like a wedding or pre-planned vacation) and you might not be able to attend a particular session. Just reach out to me, and I can extend your program by one month.

Q. What if I didn’t take Reiki with you, but took my training with another teacher, can I join? 

YES! My Energi Light Reiki mentorship is now open to students who have trained with other Reiki teachers and lineages, as long as you've taken at least Reiki levels I/II.

Q. What's the time commitment?

The good news is there's no official "homework" so you won't have to blame your dog...

Each month, you'll have the opportunity to engage in practices for your own personal and professional growth outside our sessions. 

How much time you decide to invest is entirely up to you. 

For instance, some people find it beneficial to have an "accountability buddy" to practice with outside of our sessions.

You'll also be encouraged to activate Reiki for at least a few minutes each day, whether you're practicing self-Reiki or working on a friend, family, or pet.

Q. What can I look forward to inside the Energi Community App?

I’m so glad you’re excited about Energi!

Since the doors first opened a few years ago, we’ve had some members return every year, so you’ll be in good company. 

Your spiritual journey is always evolving, so there’s always room for growth and new challenges as you expand your awareness to reach your next level - whatever that is for you: whether you want to grow your Reiki skills and confidence, or deepen your spiritual practice through Reiki.

And, there’s nothing like growing alongside a like-minded community, inside a sacred space where you can get support and extra practice anytime you need it!

Unlike past years, where Energi was a 6- or 12-month program, Energi Light is now an ongoing mentorship program. So, after your first 6 months, you’ll be invited to continue your journey.

Q. How do I know this is the next step on my path?

I'll share what works for me, although your intuition may speak to you in it's own unique ways.

If I feel an inner resonance or a "pull," or I feel excited, I know it's my inner compass... telling me it's the right thing for me.

I also pay attention to signs and synchronicities that are often trying to point me to my next growth step.

Ultimately, I believe the Universe, God, the Divine (whatever you call it) conspires for our highest growth. 

And the most powerful way we get in alignment is by taking that next step on our spiritual journey, AND making the time to go within and access our inner stillness.

What I've witnessed...

When we heed the signs and take the time to reconnect with our deepest and most peaceful sense of self, there is no greater feeling.

And it's a homecoming of sorts - the best gift you could ever ask for, coming home to your true self.
