Q. How will Energi support my Reiki journey?

Whether you're newer to Reiki and want to build your confidence, or you're a seasoned practitioner ready to take your practice to the next level, being a part of Energi will strengthen your connection to Reiki and empower your journey.

• If you've taken a Reiki class recently, Energi is a great place to build your skills! To join, you just need to have taken Reiki I/II. 

• If you've been practicing Reiki for a while, you know that spiritual growth is a continuous journey. And, what better way to broaden your horizons and fuel your growth, than to surround yourself with a like-minded community where everyone is seeking to deepen their spiritual connection! Energi members often say that our community inspired them to reach their next level of growth much faster than they could on their own.

Q. I loved learning Reiki, but I haven't practiced much since I took my Reiki class. Can I still join?

I'm so happy to hear that you're feeling called to get back into Reiki.

It's not uncommon for life to get in the way of practice.

One of the reasons I started this program is to create a sacred space where you can fine-tune your skills as a Reiki practitioner. Because, when you're trying to do it on your own, it's much harder to get in the groove and consistently practice.

The good news is, with Energi you'll have the encouragement and support of a like-minded community -- you no longer have to practice on your own!

Q. What are the monthly Growth Track sessions like?

As an Energi member, you'll explore ways to be more present as a Reiki practitioner, to tap more deeply into your intuition and, ultimately, to truly trust the process of Reiki. You'll work with different tools and techniques to build your skills and raise your confidence.  

I'll guide you through a variety of experiences like...

• Giving & Receiving Reiki with other Energi members

• Giving a complete Table Treatment to someone in your home

• Collectively sending Reiki to loved ones with other Energi members

• Exploring your intuition with Remote Reiki

• Clearing energy blockages with the Energetic Release Process 

• Sending Reiki to the Chakras for balancing

• Facilitating the Power Words Process to deepen your clients' experience

In the last 10 to 20 minutes of each session, there will be time for sharing and questions.

Q. I'm interested in Reiki for my own personal growth and to work with friends and family. How will Energi support me?

When you get more experience giving and receiving Reiki with others, it will accelerate your personal healing, and deepen your connection to the Reiki energy. 

By practicing Reiki in a safe environment, you’ll build your skills, connect more deeply to the Reiki symbols, and feel more confident working on family and friends.

Inside the Energi Community App, you'll also get access to a library of curated workshops to accelerate your personal growth and fine-tune your skills as a Reiki practitioner.

The Energi PRO Track is great for anyone interested in starting or growing a paid Reiki practice. Our PRO sessions will inspire you to take your next step, whether you want to see your first paid client, teach your first Reiki student, or expand your existing practice.

Transformational growth happens when you work on your mindset and immerse yourself in a like-minded community that inspires you to reach your next level.

Our monthly Reiki Business Mastermind session is a place where you'll get to network, collaborate, brainstorm marketing ideas, and get inspiration to improve your Reiki classes and sessions.

Q. I can't decide between the Growth and PRO Tracks...

Both the Growth and PRO Tracks include two monthly sessions for Giving & Receiving Reiki.

If you're interested in giving and receiving Reiki to fine tune your skills and gain confidence but you're not interested in having any paying clients, then the Growth Track is for you.

If you'd like to gain experience and have paying clients, the PRO Track is for you!

The PRO Track adds a monthly Reiki Business Mastermind session, which focuses on growing and marketing your paid Reiki programs and classes. 

We'll share strategies to support you wherever you are on your Reiki journey... whether you want to attract your first paying client, grow your existing business, or teach your first Reiki class!

Q. When can I join Energi?

You can join Energi in September 2025—the doors will swing open for a limited window, welcoming in a new wave of Reiki practitioners ready to deepen their journey together.

There won’t be another chance to step into this mentorship community until spring 2026, so if you’re feeling called, seize this opportunity to join us in the fall—otherwise, you’ll be waiting for quite some time before the next group gathers to begin this transformative experience.

Q. When do we meet?

Energi is a transformational four-month program that meets 2x monthly for the Growth Track and 3x monthly for the PRO Track.

Thursday evenings for 2 hours LIVE on Zoom.

5:00pm - 7:00pm PT

6:00pm - 8:00pm MT

7:00pm - 9:00pm CT

8:00pm - 10:00pm ET

Growth Track meets the first two Thursdays of the month and PRO Track adds the third Thursday. The first session of Energi is October 2nd.

Q. What if I'm unable to attend a session LIVE?

Because this program is community-based and experiential, you will get the most value from participating in our LIVE sessions. Of course, sometimes things come up (like a wedding or pre-planned trip) and you might not be able to attend a particular session.

Not to worry! Our Energi sessions are recorded, and you'll receive a link to all our replays.

Q. What if I didn’t take Reiki with you, but took my training with another teacher, can I join? 

YES! My Energi Reiki mentorship is open to students who have trained with other Reiki teachers and lineages, as long as you've taken at least Reiki levels I/II.

I’ve been teaching and practicing Reiki for over 25 years. I’ve taught over 2000 students and I continue to be amazed at the transformative power of Reiki.  It’s a sacred healing art. I feel blessed to share Reiki with others because it is so amazing!

My focus as a teacher has always been to create a supportive, interactive and fun environment for students to learn Reiki. To me, it’s much more than conveying knowledge and information — it’s about creating the space for students to have a richly rewarding and enlightening experience.

I also teach meditation and believe that meditation is truly the foundation for all spiritual work, for all energy or healing work.

My teaching style tends toward the contemporary, and I really like to incorporate elements of Eastern and Western thought.

Some teachers have very rigid styles, and they're all about technique.

In my workshops and mentorship program, I encourage discovery and exploration in addition to technique. For me, it’s important to create a sacred and safe space that’s encouraging for students.

Q. What's the time commitment?

The good news is there's no official "homework" so you won't have to blame your dog...

Each month, you'll have the opportunity to engage in practices for your own personal and professional growth outside our sessions. 

How much time you decide to invest is entirely up to you. 

For instance, some people find it beneficial to have an "accountability buddy" to practice with outside of our sessions.

You'll also be encouraged to activate Reiki for at least a few minutes each day, whether you're practicing self-Reiki or working on a friend, family, or pet.

I’m so glad you’re excited about Energi!

Since the doors first opened a few years ago, we’ve had some members return year-after-year, so you’ll be in good company. 

Your awakening journey is always evolving, so there’s always room for growth and new challenges as you expand your awareness to reach your next level - whatever that is for you: whether you want to advance your Reiki skills and confidence or grow a Reiki business.

And, there’s nothing like growing alongside a like-minded community, inside a sacred space where you can get support and extra practice anytime you need it!

Q. How do I know this is the next step on my path?

I'll share what works for me, although your intuition may speak to you in it's own unique ways.

If I feel an inner resonance or a "pull," or I feel excited, I know it's my inner compass... telling me it's the right thing for me.

I also pay attention to signs and synchronicities that are often trying to point me to my next growth step.

Ultimately, I believe the Universe, God, the Divine (whatever you call it) conspires for our highest growth. 

And the most powerful way we get in alignment is by taking that next step on our spiritual journey, AND making the time to go within and access our inner stillness.

What I've witnessed...

When we heed the signs and take the time to reconnect with our deepest and most peaceful sense of self, there is no greater feeling.

And it's a homecoming of sorts - the best gift you could ever ask for, coming home to your true self.
