When I go around the room at the start of a Reiki workshop, I ask my students why they decided to take a Reiki class. So often, they mention signs and synchronicities and a feeling of being "called" to learn Reiki.
Some are drawn to Reiki for personal healing and spiritual growth, some to help friends and family and others to see paying clients.
Whatever led you to this path, at the core of the Reiki journey is a sense of coming home.
According to Mikao Usui, Reiki is a path for spiritual awakening, calling us to transcend the ego and tap into the Higher Self.
Building your Reiki confidence allows you to "get out of your own way" so you can truly be Present as a Reiki practitioner.
For Sensei Usui, Reiki was not simply a profound healing art. It's a spiritual practice. This is why his teachings focused on self-Reiki and living by the Reiki principles.

It's not uncommon for life to get in the way of your practice. In fact, a core element of this program is community, because when you're just doing it on your own, it's much harder to consistently practice.
One of the reasons I started this program is to create a sacred space where you, as the practitioner, can fine-tune your skills, grow your confidence, and fully live a Reiki-inspired life.

How is the ENERGI Mentorship delivered?
As soon as you join ENERGI, you'll receive an email with a link to log into our membership portal called, Heartbeat. Think of this as your "home base" for all things ENERGI.
Once inside, the first 2 things you'll want to do are:

Mark the date for your ENERGI Orientation, which will be Thursday, April 11th. This will be a 30-minute LIVE overview before we all meet the following week. You'll get to choose from several time slots.
Each month, you'll get two ENERGI sessions on Zoom, Thursdays @ 5pm PT / 8pm ET.
Inside the Heartbeat app, you'll find our full schedule, recordings of all our monthly sessions, and some powerful bonus content to support your growth over the next six months!
What are the dates/times for the monthly sessions?
We meet twice a month on Zoom. Our 90-minute monthly sessions begin at:
5 pm PT / 6 pm MT / 7 pm CT / 8 pm ET

At your orientation, you’ll get the complete calendar for our twice-monthly sessions.
What if I can't attend every session? Will they be recorded?
Our monthly Zoom sessions will be recorded, and you'll get access to our ENERGI membership portal, where you can replay the recordings all year long.
Because this program is community-based, you will get the most value from fully participating in our LIVE sessions.
I understand that things come up sometimes, and it's perfectly okay to miss a session here or there.
I'm mainly focused on teaching Reiki. Will this help me improve my classes?
Absolutely! You'll get a fresh perspective, and you'll discover ways to deepen the learning experience for your students.
You'll also meet other Reiki Teachers inside the ENERGI community. It's a great place to share ideas and insights to make your classes more engaging. And, if you ever need a little support, you have a community ready to cheer you on!
Is this the next step on my path?
I'll share what works for me, although your intuition may speak to you in its own unique ways.
When I feel an inner resonance or a "pull," or I feel excited, I know it's my inner compass telling me it's the right thing for me.
I also pay attention to signs and synchronicities, which are often pointing me to my next growth step.
Ultimately, the Universe, God, the Divine (whatever you call it) conspires for our highest growth.
And the most powerful way we get into alignment is by taking that next step on our spiritual journey, AND making the time to go within and access our inner stillness.
What I've witnessed...
When we heed the signs and take the time to reconnect with our deepest and most peaceful sense of self, there is no greater feeling.
And it's a homecoming of sorts - the best gift you could ever ask for, coming home to your true self.
I'm interested in Reiki for my own personal growth and to work with friends and family. Is ENERGI right for me?
Yes!, ENERGI focuses on your practice of Reiki, whether it's self-Reiki or giving Reiki treatments to others. And, receiving Reiki also accelerates personal healing.
Practicing Reiki consistently will deepen your connection to Reiki energy and allow you to further develop your sensitivity, so you can better support friends, family, and paying clients.
What if I prefer not to practice Reiki with others in the mentorship? I just want to attend for my own personal growth.
We believe "a rising tide lifts all boats" and that there's great power in coming together as a like-minded community of Reiki practitioners to champion and support each other.
Each month we'll be practicing giving & receiving Reiki, and the entire program is designed to be experiential. So, if you're not looking to engage with others, the ENERGI Mentorship Community may not be the best fit for you.
However, I also offer private 1:1 mentoring.

Will there be homework? What's the time commitment?
The good news is there's no official "homework" so you won't have to blame your dog...
Each month, you'll have the opportunity to engage in practices for your own personal and professional growth outside our scheduled sessions.
How much time you decide to invest is entirely up to you.
For instance, some people find it beneficial to have an "accountability buddy" to practice with between ENERGI sessions.
You'll also be encouraged to activate Reiki for at least a few minutes each day, whether you're practicing self-Reiki or working on a friend, family, or pet.
When are the Good Vibration's bonus sessions with guest speakers going to be held?
We'll have three special guest speakers offering mini-workshops on the topics of hypnosis, Ayurveda, and animal Reiki.
These are BONUS sessions, so you're getting them in addition to your 2X monthly sessions.
The guest speakers will join us on Thursday evenings at 5 pm PT / 8 pm ET. These sessions will be up to 90 minutes.
You'll get the schedule for the first few guest speakers when you enroll!
