Students choose private Reiki training for several reasons:

• Weekday Scheduling. If weekend workshops don't work with your schedule, you'll enjoy our bite-sized, two-hour sessions, which you can schedule on weekdays between the hours of 9am to 6pm MT.

   

• Flexible Timing. Some students like to schedule their sessions on back-to-back weekdays, while others prefer to add a little space between our trainings, to integrate the lessons before continuing. All trainings must be taken within 30 to 60 days.

   

• Learning Style. Some people are more introverted and learn better in a private setting vs. a group setting. They prefer the full attention of the instructor, and getting all their questions answered on the spot.

   

• Convenience. If you don't live in Colorado or Michigan, where I teach my in-person Reiki workshops, Private Training is a great option for saving time and money on travel. Plus, you can learn from anywhere in the world. Some of my students travel a lot for work, and it's easiest to just hop on a Zoom call.

You'll receive Reiki manuals for the levels you sign up for, but there's nothing you need to read or study beforehand. 

All that is truly required is simply having an interest in or being drawn to Reiki. Just bring your beautiful self... there's nothing to prepare.

I would say first off, think about what resonates with you and what your style is. You may be drawn to start with only the first two levels, Reiki 1 & 2. 

At my group Reiki classes, I almost always have more students taking either Reiki 1, 2 + Masters or taking all four levels.

When we meet on our Get Acquainted Call, I can answer any questions you have to help you decide what's best for you right now.

When you sign up, we'll schedule all of your 2-hour sessions together. You can choose to schedule them all in a single week or space your sessions out weekly to make time to practice and integrate the lessons.

For example, if you sign up for all levels, you could schedule a session each week for 8 weeks.

You'll start practicing self-Reiki in the very session of your training. 

By the end of the Reiki I / II course, you'll be ready to share Reiki with family, friends, and clients, including Distance Reiki.

Many students even start giving Reiki to others after our first 4 hours of training. They return glowing and inspired, with stories about the feedback they received from loved ones.

I really love creating engaging experiences for my students in all of my classes.

You'll receive plenty of hands-on practice. In Reiki I/II, you'll give a treatment to someone in your home (or a loved one remotely), learn hand placements as I demonstrate them live, and send Reiki to your loved ones.

At the Master Level, you'll get even more practice giving & receiving Reiki with me, through the Energetic Release Technique and the Power Words Process. 

At the Teacher Level, you'll practice giving an Attunement to me or a loved one.

In each level of Reiki, you'll be guided into a deeply relaxing meditation, and then I'll individually attune you to that level of Reiki. Think of it as an energy activation. 

Students describe the Attunements as a profoundly relaxing, enlightening, and healing experience.

If you need to cancel, you get to keep your bonus package, valued at up to $229 (based on the levels you signed up for).

If you cancel prior to our first Zoom session, you'll get a refund minus $350 (the portion of tuition which is non-refundable).

After attending my classes, you'll receive a certificate acknowledging the levels you've completed, which allows you to join the International Association of Reiki Professionals, if you wish. 

Unlike massage therapy, there's no government-issued license for Reiki practitioners. 

Some teachers use the term "certified," but in most states there's no licensing or government certifying category for Reiki which is actually great news because it keeps Reiki open and accessible. 

For example, in Colorado, the "right to practice" law protects spiritual and energy-based work while requiring only a simple disclosure form (included in your class materials).

For the best class experience on Zoom, use a laptop or desktop computer with a webcam and microphone. 

You don't need a paid Zoom account, just a quiet space, a comfortable chair, and a notebook or journal.
